In the morning of September 5th, more than 200,000 students at all school levels within the province attended the opening ceremonies and welcomed the day people bringing their children to schools.
Top provincial leaders came to attend and congratulated both teachers and students at almost of primary, secondary and high schools with Quang Ninh province, including Ha Long High School for Gifted Students; Hon Gai High School; Cam Pha High School; Trong Diem Secondary school; Tran Quoc Toan Primary school, etc. Director of Department of Education and Training Do Van Thuan confirmed that the sector will continuously center on some of the key tasks, such as: raising effectiveness in management; quality and effectiveness in education and developing skills for teaching staff in this new school year. He also hopes the sector will gain more excellent achievements in the career of education and training.
Previously, in order to be well prepared for the new school year with the best conditions all of schools in the province have actively upgraded with adequate modern facilities; teachers within the province have been trained.
Speaking at the opening ceremonies, the provincial leaders have all highly appreciated excellent achievements gained by Quang Ninh Department of Education and Training in general and schools in particularly, and hoped that they will continuously promote those achievements in the future.
