A ‘Full Moon Festival’ was held for poor children in Cong Hoa commune, Cam Pha city on September 16.
On behalf of the provincial leaders, Vice-Chairman of the Quang Ninh Provincial People’s Council Nguyen Nhu Hien presented gifts to the local children on the occasion of the mid-autunm festival. He wished them to be hard-working so that they would become good citizens contributing to the development of Quang Ninh province in particular and of the nation in general. Hien also directed the Party’s and Government’s authorities at all levels to pay much more concerns to the children’s material and spiritual life.
At the festival night, the children had a chance to listen to the letter from the State President Truong Tan Sang and joined traditional art program.
