Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee (QNPPC) has just promulgated a plan to organize a wide range of activities welcoming the Lunar New Year of Mouse 2020.
Accordingly, besides activities in terms of information and communication, visual propaganda, environmental sanitation, urban embellishment, gifts giving to social beneficiaries... 17 main cultural and sports activities, including: Quang Ninh OCOP Spring Fair 2020; Spring Flower Festival 2020; a thematic exhibition "90 years of establishment of the Communist Party of Vietnam" (February 3, 1930 - 2020); the ceremony to declare the merger of Hoanh Bo district into Ha Long city, etc will be held during the Tet holiday.
On this occasion, QNPPC presented VND 5 million to cultural houses at each village province-wide to organize culture, arts and sports activities to welcome the Tet holiday and celebrate the 90th anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
