On Feb. 23 (Jan. 16th of the Lunar year), Luc Na Temple Festival officially opened. This is a 2 day traditional annual festival in Binh Lieu district.
Luc Na temple worships Hoang Can, a hero who made great contribution to protect Binh Lieu people and save the country. The festival is a good occasion for the ethnic people praying for good health, luck, and good harvest in the new year.
