On Jan. 2 in Ha Long city, Quang Ninh’s Chairman Nguyen Duc Long hosted a reception for a delegation of Lotte group led by Mr. Lim Sung Bok-Director general of the Lotte Hanoi hotel regarding investment opportunities in Quang Ninh.
Chairman Nguyen Duc Long expressed his pleasure to welcome Lotte as the first investor of Quang Ninh in 2019. He said that this is a good signal for Quang Ninh’s investment promotion in the new year.
At the reception, the Chaiman made a brief introduction about Quang Ninh’s socio-economic development in recent years, focusing on its breakthroughs in the improvement of synchronous and modern transportation infrastructure, which are expected to make big changes to the development of tourism and other services in upcoming time.
Advantages and potential opportunites for investors in Quang Ninh were also mentioned by the Chairman. Accordingly, the major tourism centers are determined in plannings of Ha Long, Uong Bi, Mong Cai cities and Van Don district.
Hailing Lotte’s projects implemented in Vietnam, Chairman of Quang Ninh Nguyen Duc Long hoped that the group would kick off their projects in the province in the soonest time. Quang Ninh pledged to accompany the investors; closely coordinate with them during their projects implementation; and warmly boost their investment in Quang Ninh.
