On Jan 6th, Quang Ninh’s Vice Chairman Cao Tuong Huy accompanied Lao delegation led by Deputy Prime Minister Sonexay Siphandone to visit Quang Ninh Provincial Public Service Administration Center.
Lao Deputy Prime Minister was introduced about the model of Public Service Administration Center. At the center, all dossiers are processed basing on principle of “receiving, evaluating, approving, sealing, and returning on site” to ensure convenience, publicity, and transparency for local people and enterprises. It saves 40-60% of time in comparison to regulated time.
Lao Deputy Prime Minister highly appreciated Quang Ninh’s achievements in administrative reform. He recommended the province to share documents on information and technological application, the process of dealing with administrative procedures, and organizational structure, as well as operational mechanism of the center, for Lao localities to build public service administration centers with the aim of serving Lao people and boosting socio-economic development.
