In the frame work of the 132nd IPU Assembly held in Vietnam, a Parliament House's delegation of Turkey, Swiss, Morocco Belgium and Albania paid a visit to Halong bay. The delegation was welcomed by leaders of Foreign Affairs Department, Halong bay Management Board and Halong city People's Committee.
Visiting the World Heritage Site Halong bay, all delegates expressed happiness to gaze with veneration at Halong bay. They pledged to propagate and introduce Halong bay's beauty and Quangninh's people when they arrive home.
