Citizens are able to apply immigration procedures at four places including the Import - Export Management Department at Hong Ha ward in Ha Long city, the Provincial Public Administration Service Center in Ha Long city, the International Airport of Van Don in Van Don district, and Mong Cai Import - Export Station in Mong Cai city.
That paper receipts are going to superseded by electronic ones is a new reform which is beneficial for reducing costs, creating favorable conditions for the management of these import and export activities.
This also significantly contributes to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of state management, promoting online public services, and renovating local administrative procedures.
