Dam Ha possesses quite a lot of natural landscapes such as Bach Van waterfall (Quang An commune), Hua Mountain stork park (Dai Binh commune) and Da Dung island, a pristine island that is yet to be much affected by human activities.
Hua Mountain stork park in Dai Binh commune with an area of more than 1 ha, houses up to tens of thousands of storks of different species ... The birds have created a very romantic and peaceful scenery along with the diversity of vegetation in the place where the storks reside, such as bamboo, eucalyptus, chestnut, Eugenia cumini, vatica and precious medicinal plants like Ba ji tian (Morinda officinalis), Lingzhi mushroom...
Along with the Hua Mountain, Bach Van waterfall also boasts great potential for ecotourism development in Dam Ha district. The waterfall owns a pristine beauty with five cool water layers falling all year round amid the mountains and forests of Quang An commune.
Especially, when mentioning Dam Ha’s potential tourism, we cannot ignore Da Dung island, which is attracting large investors to develop ecotourism.
Besides the values of natural resources, Dam Ha also has communal houses, pagodas and temples bearing special cultural features associated with people’s life, enabling the formation of spiritual tours.
