On Feb. 3, Quang Ninh Provincial People’s Committee issued Decision No. 358/QĐ-UBND on the postpone of entry and exit via Hoanh Bo Border Gate in Binh Lieu District.
Accordingly, entry and exit via Hoanh Bo Border Gate are canceled from midnight to 11:59 p.m of Feb 4th to do preventive works against acute respiratory disease caused by novel corona virus.
After this time, activities via Hoanh Mo Border gate will be resumed.
