A high-ranking delegation of the Federation of Korean Trade Unions (FKTU) headed by Moon Jin-kook- Chairman of the FKTU paid a two-day visit to Quang Ninh on Jan.7-8, 2013.
At the reception, the Deputy Head of the provincial Federation of Trade Unions Tran Danh Chuc has briefly introduced to the delegation about achievements in socio-economic development of Quang Ninh as well as other activities of the provincial trade union in recent years.
The two sides had chances to explore, exhange experiences regarding methods of mobilization and admitting trade union members, espcially the establishment and development of trade unnions within the enterprises.
For his part, Moon Jin-kook is very happy for the socio-economic development of Quang Ninh, particularly good results in the trade union’s movement in the past five years. He also hoped that the provincial trade union will successfully hold its 12th Congress.
The delegation visited Ha Long Bay and some of the units under the provincial trade unions.
