Ha Long Carnival 2016 will be organized at 8pm of April 30th at October 30th Square, Hong Hai ward, Ha Long city.
A 90-minute special art program will entertain visitors and local people alike, with performances by famous artists from Vietnam, ASEAN nations and other countries around the world.
After the art program, a 15-minute high-range fireworks display will be put on at 22h00pm.
This is one of various attractive activities during the Ha Long - Quang Ninh Tourism Week 2016./.
