The Halong Bay Management Board has recently issued a Code of Conduct in tourism and Ha Long Smile, in an effort to improve the possitive image of Ha Long's tourism.
Based on the COC in tourism by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and the one in Ha Long Smile launched by the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Comiiteeee, the COC by Halong Bay Management Board is designed to be applied to all staff members and employees of the Board; organizations and businesses on Halong Bay, as well as tourists and the locals.
The COC clarifies the standards to adjust the attitutes, bebaviour and habits of the individuals and organizations working in tourism as well as the locals and tourists in order to build a friendly, polite and professional image of Ha Long tourism.
