At the beginning of 2012, Hai Ha District People's Committee has collaborated with some vocational training schools in the province to carry out the training model in accordance with recruitment demand of the enterprises.
Accordingly, 150 laborers who have jobs in Quang Phong Brick Factory (under Thang Loi Construction Ltd. Co.,) have been trained in 5 classes of rough pottery production. Additionally, Hai Ha District People's Committee has developed another 83 hectares of sugar cane in 8 communes, up 68 ha compared to 2011.
In order to increase output of this kind of sugar cane, many technical practice training classes were opened for farmers who are growing sugarcanes in the district. As a result,by the end of June 2012, Hai Ha District People's Committee has created jobs for 830 local laborers, accounting for nearly 64% of the 2012 plan.
