The Halong Sakura festival 2015 entitled “Peace – Prosperity – Cooperation and Development” will take place from April 2 to 4 at the 30-10 Square in Halong City.
The event will be organised by the Halong city People’s Committee in collaboration with Japan’s Wanokai International Culture Association to promote cultural exchange, friendship and cooperation between the two countries.
