On August 25, an inauguration ceremony was held by the Ha Long DC Limited Company to open a 22-storey multi-functional building in Ha Long city.
Attending at the ceremony were the Deputy Secretary of Quang Ninh Party Committee and Chairman of Quang Ninh People’s Council; the Vice Chairman of Quang Ninh People’s Committee; heads of the local departments and hundreds of Ha Long DC’s business partners.
Built on an area of nearly 800 square metes, Ha Long DC building, the highest multi-functional building in Ha Long city to date, has a total floor area of over 22,000 square metes and includes a luxurious hotel, a luxurious apartment and offices for rent. The building also has swimming pools, multi-purpose gym, conference rooms with modern facilities, etc.
The building’s highlight is Ha Long DC hotel, the first four-star one in Hon Gai area, with nearly 100 rooms.
The building will contribute towards improving the cityscape, satisfying the citizen’s demands for apartments, reducing pressure from tourism in Bai Chay area and attracting tourists to cultural and historical sites in Hon Gai area./.
