On Nov. 16, Ha Long International Culinary Festival 2019 officially kicked off at Quang Ninh Exhibition of Planning and Expo Center.
The two-day International Culinary Festival attracts the participation of 60 goods booths displaying various specialties of Quang Ninh and other localities such as Hanoi, Hue, Da Nang ... One of the highlights in the opening ceremony is a giant 30 meter rolled Pho which can serve about 500 people and is made by 20 My Way Vietnamese chefs.
Coming to the festival, tourists can not only enjoy regional specialties but also have a chance to admire the cooking performances on the stage by the circus artists and Vietnamese chefs.
This is also the beginning of a series of cooking shows namely "Pho Show" which will be held in Quang Ninh in the upcoming time.
The Ha Long International Culinary Festival2019 is a highlight event within the framework of the Ha Long World Circus Festival 2019, aiming to introduce specialties of Quang Ninh visitors and the local people.
