To strictly comply with the guidance in the Prime Minister's Directive No.16/CT-TTg and the Provincial People's Committee's notice on the urgent task in Covid 19 prevention and control in the complicated period, from April 1, Ha Long established 4 road checking points at all entrances to and from the city.
Accordingly, 4 road checking points are located at the gateway areas of the city, including Km 102 on national road 18 passing Dai Yen ward, Km 134+500 on national road 18 passing Ha Phong ward adjacent to Cam Pha City; at the intersection of Ha Long - Van Don highway in Vu Oai commune and at Ha My pass in Tan Dan commune adjacent to Son Dong district, Bac Giang province.
These checking points aim to minimize and stricly control people and vehicles entering and leaving Ha Long city until April 15. Those cases must seriously accept body temperature check and health declarations. Any Covid 19 infected cases will be taken to medical units for health check-up and screening and then undertaking medical supervision, varifying travel schedule and isolation as regulated.
