Ha Long Bay listed among 10 reasons for visting Vietnam

The New Zealand Herald daily has pointed out 10 reasons why Vietnam is worth visiting. Quang Ninh's Ha Long Bay is listed among such plausible reasons.

"It's a cliche, but it's also a must – you will not be disappointed, so long as you plan with care. If you can afford it, book a berth on a small luxury boat and head east to the Bai Tu Long islands to beat the pack of day boats", noted the magazine.

It also advsies tourists worldwide to explore the floating village of Cua Van, swim off an uninhabited island and enjoy exceptional levels of service and food on board.

Also on the list are the rich ethnic mix, the paradise island of Phu Quoc, the capital city of Hanoi, the ancient street of Hoi An, Cat Tien National Park, Ho Chi Minh City, some historical sites such as Cu Chi tunnels and Khe Sanh, Mekong Delta, and the Con Dao archipelago.
