Chairman of Quang Ninh Provincial People’s Comiittee Le Quang Tung had a working session with Fugldal Holding Aps regarding the project proposal on developing the luxury forest and sea island eco-tourism resort in Quan Lan commune, Van Don district.
As proposed, the luxury forest and sea island eco-tourism resort covers an area of 77.2 hectares with the investment capital of around USD 15 million. It includes major components, such as: coastal resort; hill resort; luxury ecotourism villa, as well as other public areas with green trees, transport system and a center for natural forest eco-system development and conservation.
Once completed, the project is expected to effectively promote tourism potential of the Van Don Special Economic Zone, meeting the increasing demand of both domestic and international tourists. It will create jobs for a large number of locals and greatly contribute to not only the district but also the provincial bugdet.
Highly apprecitating the project, Vice Chairman of Quang Ninh Le Quang Tung strongly affirmed that Quang Ninh province pledges to offer the investors with the best conditions and support the investor to complete the final proposal of the project to carry out the next steps.
All the ideas raised by representatives of relevant sectors were also asked to be considered to revise and finalise the project proposal. The Provincial Management Board of Economic zones was assigned to be the focal point to help the investor conduct all the procedures, and report at the QPPPC's meeting next week .
