On Sept 24th, Quang Ninh provincial propaganda committee organized its frequent press conference to update information about the results of fighting against smuggling, trade frauds, counterfeit goods in the first 9 months of 2019 and the key tasks in the 3 remaining months of the year.
Accordingly, in the first 9 months of the year, functional authorities detected, seized and handled more than 3,370 smugglings, trade frauds, counterfeit goods with a total value of 26.37 bil VND. 40 criminal procedures, 54 objects and 3,520 administrative violations were handled. In the 3 remaining months of the year, functional bodies will work with localities to continue tightening inspections, supervisions, controls and attaching the importance to the responsibility of leaders of localities, units and functional bodies at all levels.
