On May 14, at Quang Ninh Provincial Conference Center (Ha Long city), Quang Ninh Provincial People’s Council, 13th tenure, term 2016-2021, held its 17th session to decide some important proposals under the jurisdiction of the Provincial People’s Council. Some measures to support Quang Ninh tourism promotion in 2020 approved, concerning fee exemption and reduction for tourists at famous destinations such as Ha Long Bay (excluding overnight tickets), Quang Ninh Museum, Yen Tu relic site.
Accordingly, at these above-mentioned destinations, tourists can enjoy 100% fee reduction from May 14 - 31, 2020, and on anniversaries days including June 1 (International Children's Day), June 28 (Vietnamese Family Day), July 9 (Viet Nam Tourism Day), July 27 (Vietnamese War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day), August 19 (The August Revolution), September 2 (Vietnam National Day), October 20 (Vietnamese Women’s Day), November 12 (Traditional Day of Miners and Coal Industry) and December 22 (the Establishment of Vietnam People's Army).
Tourists will also be offered with a 50% discount of fee tickets in June and July, 2020.
