Deputy Head of Quang Ninh Foreign Affairs Department Le Minh Tan hosted a reception in Ha Long on June 4 to welcome a delegation from the France-Vietnam Friendship Parliamentarians’Group, led by its president, Pascal Deguilhem to Ha Long Bay on the occasion of its working visit in Vietnam.
Receiving the delegation at Tuan Chau Marina, Tan expressed his pleasure to welcome the delegation to Ha Long Bay. He hoped that the friendship between France and Vietnam will be further developed.
For his part, Mr. Pascal Deguilhem sincerely thanked the host for their cordial reception. He said that he was extremely impressed by Ha Long Bay's beauty.
