On Aug. 7th, in Ha Long city, Vice Chairman of QNPPC Nguyen Van Thanh had a courtesy meeting with a delegation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs led by Nguyen Quoc Dung- Head of Economic Affairs Department and Deputy Head of Foreign Economic Steering Committee.
At the meeting, Vice Chairman Thanh strongly affirmed that Quang Ninh always highly appreciates the policies on foreign affairs given by the Central and the Ministry contributing to the development of border provinces, including Quang Ninh, particularly in the areas of economy and FDI attraction. He hoped that, all the field-surveys undertaken by the Ministry will be the base that helps the Ministry to draw and offer effective and reasonable foreign economic mechanisms and policies, building a sustainable border economic area.
After the meeting, the delegation worked with Quang Ninh Department of Panning and Investment to discuss in details about the province’s economic-social development.
