Locals and tourists alike will be entertained with dazzling fireworks display in 16 locations province-wide on the New Year's Eve to welcome the New Year of Mouse 2020, according to the news released at a press conference held on Dec. 24.
As planned, fireworks will be displayed in two locations in Cam Pha and Ha Long cities. Of which, high-range fireworks show will be organized in the cities of Ha Long and Uong Bi.
The organization of fireworks display must comply with the provisions of the Government's Decree No.36 on the management and usage of firecrackers to ensure security and safety for the visitors and locals.
