According to the news from Ha Long city, 15-minute firework displays will be set off at Cot 3 Square, Hong Hai Ward, Ha Long city in order to welcome the Lunar New Year’s Eve 2013.
Ten locations for low-range firework shows include the cities of Ha Long, Mong Cai, Uong Bi, the districts of Đong Trieu, Co To, Hoanh Bo, Đam Ha, Hai Ha, Van Đon, Binh Lieu
In addition, an exciting art performance will take place at Cot 3 Square before the firework display.
