Quang Ninh Public Administration Service Center has adopted e-payment methods since November 2018 to minimize cash payment, save time and costs for local people and enterprises.
Locals and businesses can swipe credit cards via POS machines at the center instead of paying in cash as before. They can also pay charges and fees via mobile banking thanks to scanning QR which is printed on the paper certifying administrative dossier reception or return.
As for applying administrative procedures of the level 3 or 4 on the center’s website, local people and enterprises can pay online via internet banking integrated on the system.
The application of e-payment at Quang Ninh Public Administration Service Center has brought practical effects on improving the quality of public administration services, thus bringing convenience and satisfaction to local people and businesses.
Located in Ha Long City, the centre is in charge of proposing solutions for administrative reform and modernisation, and provide high-quality online public services.
