Following the direction of the Government and the Ministry of Transport, starting at 8 a.m on Dec.17, 2019, Dai Yen toll station on the national highway No.18 in coordination with VETC electronic toll collection Co. Ltd. will implement automated non-stop toll collection.
Accordingly, the station has arranged 4 electronic toll collection (ETC) lanes for vehicles with pasted cards and participating in the ETC. The vehicles which have not met the above-mentioned conditions will not be allowed to drive into the EIC lane.
The implemention of the automated non-stop toll collection system aims at overcoming and limiting the inadequacies of one-stop fee collection, modernizing transport infrastructure, thereby ensuring traffic safety and increasing transparency in the revenue management at toll stations.
