Tuan Chau Group on Mar. 18 has started the construction of 251 villas under the project on hi-class Hoang Long villas resort which is locate in the East of Tuan Chau Island ( Ha Long city).
The project site covers an area of 14.2 hectare stretching nearly 2 km along the coast in the South-eastern of the island. It includes 251 villas of which 192 interconnected 4-storey villas of 105sq.m per one; and 59 single 3 storey villas with 440-610 sq.m per one.
The project is invested by Au Lac-Quang Ninh Ltd. Co and constructed by Duc Viet Investment SJC with the total investment capital of VND 1,500 bln. As planned, it will be completed in March of 2013.
Previously, Quang Ninh Provincial People’s Committee granted investment certificate to Lam Ngoc hi-class villa project. This is a joint venture between Tuan Chau Group and Chiphua (HongKong) with the total investment capital of nearly VND 1000 bln and the total area of 3.3 hectares adjacent to Ngoc Chau port.
