In the framework of the 5-day working visit of Quang Ninh provincial deleagtion to Singapore and Malaysia, a conference on "Investment Promotion in Quang Ninh province 2016" was co-organized by Quang Ninh Investment Promotion Agency (IPA) and Vietnam Embassy in Singapore on Sep. 13 in Singapore.
With the theme of "Quang Ninh-potential and Investment opportunities", the conference aimes to introduce the investment environment in Quang Ninh to Singaporean and Malaysian investors and call for their investments into projects implemented within the province, as well as to enhance cooperation in investment, trade and tourism promotion.
During the conference, delegates have raised questions related to investment administrative procedures as well as ways to get information about the investment in Quang Ninh and its distrcits. Also at the conference, a Memorandium of Understanding on investment promotion was inked by Quang Ninh's IPA and the Vietnamese Chamber of Commerce in Singapore (VietCham Singapore) aiming at boosting and calling for investments from Singaporean investors into Quang Ninh in the upcoming time.
Earlier, the delegation had a working session with KinderWorld Education group (Singapore) and signed in the MoU on intensifying cooperation in investment promotion with the group.
