After a half of month of racing “Spinlock South Atlantic Showdown”, Ha Long Bay Vietnam crossed line at 1 a.m (Vietnamese time) on Nov 9th.

The team secured 4th place in the final stage of the Race 3 at Cape Town’s Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, South Africa during the World Clipper Race season 2019-2020. The 4th place gives the team 8 points in addition to 2 points received for achieving second-fastest Ocean Sprint time. Ha Long Bay Vietnam is expected to secure the 4th place among 11 teams after 3 races. Earlier, the team ranked the 5th with 18 points after finishing Race 2. Race 4 “Australia Coast to coast”, starting on Nov 17th, heads to Fremental Port City, Australia and is estimated to last for 20 days.
