To celebrate 61 year anniversary of diplomatic relation between China and Vietnam, in collaboration with Guangxi People’s Television and Radio Station, China International Radio, Vietnam Digital Television Corporation (VTC), as well as Radio and Television Stations of northern coastal and mountainous - midland provinces of Vietnam, Quang Ninh Radio and Television has organized the second China- Vietnam Friendship Singing Contest in 2011.
In Vietnam, the qualifying round of the contest will be held in Ha Noi and Quang Ninh to select 12 excellent candidates (six candidates from Hanoi and 6 candidates from Northern mountainous and coastal areas).
These 12 candidates will attend the final round in Vietnam (to be held in Hanoi in October, 2011). After this round, 6 outstanding candidates, along with six Chinese contestants will be selected to participate in the international final round of the contest that will be held in Quang Ninh in November, 2011
