The nine-day festival of Cherry Blossom and Yen Tu Yellow Apricot Flowers is scheduled to be launched at the Truc Lam Yen Tu Cultural Centre inside the relic site of Yen Tu at 8pm on March 9, 2019.
As planned, the festival will comprise a variety of fascinating activities such as Vietnam-Japan cultural exchange, an exhibition of Cherry Blossom and Yen Tu Yellow Apricot trees, a conference on the cooperation and investment in field of tourism, service, science and technology.
In addition, 14 booths displaying and selling locally-made products under the One Commune-One Product (OCOP) program are expected to lure a great deal of locals and tourists.
The festival will last until 5pm on March 17.
The annual festival of Cherry Blossom and Yen Tu Yellow Apricot Flowers has been among the province’s political, cultural and tourist events held at large scale.
Currently, all of the preparatory tasks have been carried out in a thorough way in an attempt to offer locals and tourists with much experience.
