On July 6, the Vice Chairman of Quang Ninh People’s Council Nguyen Nhu Hien and leaders of related local departments warmly welcomed the Chairman of Vietnam-Japan Friendship M. P Alliance and the delegation of Osaka province to Quang Ninh.
The Vice Chairman Nguyen Nhu Hien briefly introduce the chairmann and his entourage about Quang Ninh province‘s socio-economic development situation as well as the charming beauty of Ha Long Bay which has been recognized as the World Natural Heritage by UNESCO and has just been voted as one of the new seven wonders of the world.
He also expressed his belief that the visit will contribute to developing the traditional friendship between Osaka and Quang Ninh to a new height.
The Chairman of Vietnam-Japan Friendship M. P Alliance Tetsunosuke Nakamura gave great thank to Quang Ninh leaders’ warm reception and highly appreciated its development potentials.
He affirmed that Japan attaches importance to relations with Vietnam. He lauded the bilateral relation between the two nations in general and the two provinces in particular and wished to enhance co-operative relations in many areas in the time to come as well.
After the talks, the Chairman of Vietnam-Japan Friendship M. P Alliance Tetsunosuke Nakamura and Osaka delegation made a tour of Ha Long Bay and visited Japan-based JICA’s project in Vung Vieng fishing village./.
