On Sep 13, the delegation of the Central Party’s Theoretical Council led by Professor Dr Vu Van Hien, Deputy Chairman of the Central Party’s Theoretical Councilhad a meeting with Quang Ninh province. Secretary of Quang Ninh Provincial Party’s Committee Nguyen Xuan Ky received and worked with the delegation.
At the meeting, the Central Party’s Theoretical Council discussed with the provincial leaders about the preparation for the National Scientific Conference named "The overall organization model of Vietnam's political system in accordance with specific requirements and conditions in the new period" which is planned to be held in Quang Ninh in October, 2019.
Working with the delegation, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Xuan Ky made a brief introduction of what have been done by Quang Ninh in terms of rearrangement of organizational structure and political system to ensure effective and efficient operation. He emphasized that the coordination in organizing this important Conference will be a good opportunity for Quang Ninh to exchange and learn from other provinces and cities nationwide in developing the Party and government.
Speaking at the meeting, Prof. Dr. Vu Van Hien, Vice Chairman of the Central Party’s Theoretical Council stated that the outcome of the National Scientific Conference would be very important and contribute to the theoretical and practical conclusion serving the draft of the XIII Central Party’s Congress Document for the 2020-2025 tenure. Thus, he wished that Quang Ninh province would closely collaborate with the Council to well prepare for the conference so that it would be successfully organized.
On the same day, the delegation of Central Party’s Theoretical Council visited the Provincial Public Administration Center.
