The Cambodia cultural week in Viet Nam will take place in Ha Noi and Ha Long from November 7-12, 2017, according to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
The event will be held to mark the 50th anniversary of Viet Nam - Cambodia diplomatic relation, the Viet Nam - Cambodia Friendship Year and implement the Cooperation Plan in the field of Artistic Culture between Viet Nam’s Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Cambodia’s Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts in the 2012-2017 period.
The delegation of Cambodia’s Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts will include 40 delegates led by its Deputy Minister.
As scheduled, during the event in Ha Long city from Nov.9-11, an art performance will be held at 8 a.m on Nov. 10, at the Japan-Vietnam Culture Center. The event will bring chance for the locals to get to know more about Cambodia’s outstanding cultural values. It is also a good chance for Quang Ninh to boosts Ha Long heritage’s image to Cambodia.
The Ministry assigned the People’c Committee of Quang Ninh to direct its revelant departments and sectors to properly organize all the activities in Ha Long, and effectively propagate the Cambodia Cultural activities which will be held in Quang Ninh.
