According to historical documents, Cai Chien communal house was built in the Hau Le dynasty in the 18th century, worshipping 8 deities and the village’s tutelary God. Through many historical fluctuations, the communal house still retains many vestiges and precious relics.

Cai Chien communal house is now in Vung Bau area, Dau Rong hamlet, Cai Chien commune. The communal house is located in the middle of the high and airy mountain which is considered as the most favorable position of Cai Chien village like pearl-releasing dragon

Cai Chien communal house festival is annually held from the 16th -20th day of the first lunar month with many rituals and the festive part with a number of traditional games such as Chinese chess, singing in mandarin’s offices, dual love song singing etc, not only attracting locals but also neighboring localities.
