On Sep. 1, in Ha Long city, Quang Ninh Library opened a book exhibition to celebrate the 71st anniversary of the National Day (September 2).
With 3,000 books, newspapers and magazines, the 10-day exhibition focuses on introduction of the Vietnam Communist Party, the life and works of President Ho Chi Minh, as well as historic milestones of the August Revolution and National Day.
The event aims to help readers, espeacially young generation, further understand about the national heroic tradition during the revolution for independence, opening a new era in the nation's history, then contribute to the construction and defence of the nation at current time.
