On Dec 20th, Binh Lieu District held a ceremony to celebrate its 100th anniversary of foundation (Dec 26th) and 70th anniversary of liberation (Dec 25th), and receive the first-class Labour Medal. The event was attended by Quang Ninh’s chairman, Nguyen Van Thang, representatives of provincial leaders, along with former provincial leaders, the district’s leaders over years, and local people.
In his speech at the ceremony, Quang Ninh’s chairman emphasized that the event was a milestone of the district’s construction and development. This is the honor and pride of Binh Lieu District’s Party and Government in particular and Quang Ninh Province’s Party and Government in general.
Focusing on the district’s missions in the future, the chairman asked local authority to effectively mobilize and use all sources, especially in attracting investors, creating the most favorable conditions for all kinds of economic sectors to develop local potential and strengths, thus making socio-economic breakthroughs.
Under the authorization of the Vietnam’s President, Quang Ninh’s chairman offered the first-class Labour Medal to Binh Lieu District’s Party, Government, and People.
