On Feb. 15 (the 8th day of the Lunar New Year), in Uong Bi city Ba Vang pagoda Spring Festival 2016 officiallyopens . A part form traditional rituals, the festival includes a wide range of other activities, such as: art performances; incense offering; balloon releasing to pray for peace for the nation and people.
Since its operation, Ba Vang pagoda become an spiritual pilgrimage attracting not only Buddhists monks, nuns and followers but also visitors across Vietnam. As reported, the pagoda received over 855,000 tourist arrivals, last year.
