According to the initiative of the Quang Ninh Association of Art and Culture, in the morning of August 31st in Ha Long city, a meeting was held with the participation of the representatives from Art and Culture Associations of Hai Phong, Thai Binh, Vinh Phuc, Bac Ninh, Hai Duong, Hung Yen and Quang Ninh.
The meeting aims to expand exchanges and cooperation in art and culture among the Art and Culture Associations of the provinces and cities in the northern key economic zone of Vietnam.
At the meeting, representatives from associations of provinces have agreed to build a close cooperation aiming at creating the best conditions for all artists in the region to exchange experiences with each other and have chances to explore and compose their works of art in different places.
The activities under the cooperation includes: opening composing camps in the region; promoting and advertising works of literature and art; organizing contests with the themes of art and literature…
