In Ha Noi city, Au Lac Co., Ltd- under Tuan Chau Group has organized a workshop on “Tuan Chau- Ha Long, a tourism and investment destination”.
The approved components that Tuan Chau Group is calling for investment includes: System of commercial buildings, villas around the major wharf and villas around the 18 pool- golf course; 5-star hotels with 30 floors; and international schools and hospitals.
At the workshop, the Au Lac Co., Ltd has introduced to the investors about 4 groups of projects, namely: mechanism for selling goods at the resort villas and commercial streets on Tuan Chau island; instruction of investment in hotel and restaurant projects; instruction of investment in Ngoc Chau tourist and commercial wharves system; and instruction of investment in service and education projects.
With its well-known brand and professional and financial strengths, Tuan Chau Group expects that through this workshop, the Group would find a common voice from various investors to jointly develop, share benefits and contribute to promote the value of Ha Long Bay- the "Pride of Vietnam".
