The Southeast Asian Cardiology Federation (AFCC) has held its 24th Southeast Asia Heart Association (AFCC) in Jarkata, Indonesia. It’s the first time a doctor from Quang Ninh province has selected as a participant of this assiciation.
The Southeast Asian Cardiology Congress, a regional prestigeous medical organization, is held every two years in order to increase the effectiveness of joint control, mitigation and treatment of cardiovascular diseases on a global scale.
Five doctors from Vietnam include Nguyen Thi Thoa (Quang Ninh General Hospital), Nguyen Trong Tuyen and Pham Truong Son (108 Central Military Hospital), Nguyen Trong Hieu (Thai Nguyen University of Medicine and Pharmacy), Hoang Viet Anh (National Heart Institute).
These doctors have made significant contributions to professional effeciency as well as scientific researches regarding cardiovascular issues in Vietnam. Their positive outcomes have been highly appreciated by leading professors and experts.
The doctor Nguyen Thi Thoa, Head of Cardiology Department under the Provincial General Hospital, is admitted as a member of the Southeast Asia Heart Federation. This is not only the honor of this excellent doctor and the Provincial General Hospital but also the pride of Quang Ninh's health sector.
