With the theme "Converging quintessence - Spreading smiles", the 2015 Ha Long Carnival will start at 8:0pm on April 27 at Hung Thang Ward, Ha Long city.
The Carnival includes four main parts, namely opening ceremony, art performances on stage, parade and fireworks.
The QNPPC assigned Ha Long city to work closely with Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and other relevant departments to sucessfully the Carnival.
