Entitled"Convergence of quintessence and Pervasion of smiling", the 2015 Ha Long Carnival- the highlight of the Ha Long Tourism Week 2015, took place at 8:0pm on May 8 at Hung Thang Ward, Ha Long city. The Carnival drew the participation of thousands of international tourists and local people.
The Carnival this year promoted cultural values of ethnic groups; cultural and tourism potentials of all areas within the province in order to introduce and attract international and domestic tourists to visit and explore the new World Wonder of Nature Ha Long Bay. The combination of fireworks performance and colorful festival dresses of thousands of artists, students made a magical and sparkling Ha Long.
