Vietnam - new destination for Kuwaiti tourists
A seminar themed "Vietnam - A new destination for Kuwaiti tourists" was recently organized by the Vietnamese Embassy in Kuwait.
The seminar was attended by Mr. Ngo Minh Duc, CEO of HG Holdings, representatives of nearly 15 Kuwaiti travel companies and representatives of Qatar Airways, which has direct flights to Vietnam.
At the seminar, delegates listened to HG Holdings' introduction about Vietnam's tourism, its potential and growth over the years; introductions of HG Holdings as the largest inbound travel agency in Vietnam and offers of luxury travel products to meet the needs of high-quality tourists from Kuwait and Gulf countries.
The representative of Qatar Airways also introduced its routes from Kuwait to Vietnam, the rapid recovery of Kuwaiti tourism and the explosive prospects in the future when the world returns to normal after the pandemic. At the Q&A session, Kuwaiti travel companies asked many questions to show their interest in the Vietnamese tourism market and the opportunity to cooperate with HG Holdings as well as with Qatar Airways.
The conference is an important event organized by the Vietnamese Embassy in Kuwait to promote Vietnam's luxury tourism products towards exploiting the US$13 billion/year high-quality tourist market.
After the seminar, Mr. Ngo Minh Duc assessed that the Kuwait tourism market has high potential for Vietnam's luxury tourism products and affirmed that it can promote more cooperation in the near future as soon as Vietnam fully opens the tourism industry after the pandemic.
