Cat statutes have been erected across Vietnam for the Tet Lunar New Year holiday festival, which arrives Sunday.
Made of styrofoam and plaster, the cat measures 3.1 m high and 2.8 m long
As soon as its image appeared online, many people nicknamed it "Miss Cat," for the most beautiful cat this holiday.
Dinh Van Tam, 32, the artist who created the statue, said it took him ten days to finish the project.
“The hardest part is making the face for the cat. I had to redo it over and over again several times to give it the look it has now.”
