On Feb. 23, in Ha Long city, the Provincial Art Association and Ha Long city’s Art and Literature Association have jointly held a talk on Poem in order to respond to the 11th Vietnamese Poem Day.
During the seminar, poets have presented their master works and exchanged their experiences in composing poems.
On this occasion, the Deputy Head of the Provincial Art Literature has released the plan of the 26th Quang Ninh Poem Day on March 29; at the same time he has launched the poem composing movement to respond to the Art, Literature and Newspapers writing contest on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of Quang Ninh.
