Yesterday, a meeting was held by QNPPC to implement the plan regarding the organization of the China-Vietnam International Trade and Tourism Fair 2011. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh, vice-chairman of QNPPC and attended by leaders of relevant provincial departments, sectors and Mong Cai city.
As planned, the Fair will take place from Dec. 2- 6 at Hong Van Trading Center (in Mong Cai city). There will be around 300 to 400 stores including 200 - 300 domestic stores and 100 international ones. The Fair will be divided into 5 sections, namely: section for introduction of socio-economic achievements of Mong Cai city; section for Quang Ninh enterprises; service and tourism section; section for enterprises and trade promotion organizations from other provinces of Vietnam; and section for FDI enterprises.
Apart from the main activities, at the Fair there will be also cultural exchange activities, arts and sports. Representatives at the meeting have raised their opinions related to the time and location of the Fair…
To conclude the meeting, Mr. Ngyen Van Thanh requested relevant departments and sectors to rapidly implement the plan. Regarding the organization time , he directed Mong Cai city and other sectors to reconsider and decide the appropriate time.
Mr. Vice-chairman also stated that the standing organizers are the Department of Industry and Trade and Mong Cai city. At the same time, he also requested the Department of Planning and Investment to coordinate with the Department of Industry and Trade to prepare documents related to the workshop to be organized during the Fair.
