In the afternoon of August 23rd, in Mong Cai city, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has collaborated with the Quang Ninh Tourism Association to organize the opening ceremony of the Mong Cai Travel Club receiving Chinese tourists through the Mong Cai international border gate. Attending the ceremony, there were the representatives of Travel Department, Viet Nam National Administration of Tourism and representatives of the relevant provincial departments.
The Mong Cai Travel Club has been established with the voluntary participation of 27 travel enterprises that are doing their businesses and receiving tourists through the Mong Cai International Border Gate. The Club has its own operation regulations under the supervision of the state management organisations
The operation of this Club will contribute to the settlement of the tourist market and beautify Vietnam tourism image at the Mong Cai border gate. It also enhances the position of Quang Ninh tourism in particular and Vietnam tourism in general.
